is used by the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) to obtain
data from elementary and secondary schools.
These Surveys provide information about student access to elementary and secondary
schools and to programs or services within those schools. These data are "disaggregated",
or broken out, by factors including race, ethnicity, gender, and disability.
